The Role
As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate and develop a lettings team to achieve individual and business targets
- Manage branch profitability and drive business growth
- Coach and inspire team members to deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants
- Generate new leads and identify opportunities to win new business
- List properties and provide expert advice to landlords
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
- Monitor local market trends and establish yourself as a trusted property expert
- Drive team performance, maximise revenue and support the continued success of the business
Senior Lettings Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager is essential
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Strong business development skills and a track record of driving profitability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service
- Commercially minded, ambitious and target-driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence
