Our client, a successful Estate Agency are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their continued growing business in Bristol
To be considered for the Senior Lettings Negotiator role, you must: have:
- Previous experience within Lettings
- Articulate, dynamic and well presented
- Target driven and motivated
- Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Senior Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Matching applicants to suitable accommodation
- Booking viewings and arranging access
- Managing your own diary.
- Securing offers for prospective tenancies
- Working effectively to meet KPI's and reach agreed on targets
- Processing the referencing and tenancy
Working hours:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday. Including Saturdays on a rota basis
In return, our clients are offering the successful Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Up to £17,000 basic
- £25,000 OTE
- Company car
