Working Hours:
- 5-day working week.
- Not having to work every Saturday
Salary/Package for the successful Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Competitive basic salary
- OTE up to £60,000 (uncapped)
- Car allowance or company car
- Excellent commission structure.

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Attend and book property viewings.
- Liaise between tenants and landlords to negotiate lets.
- Continue to drive business forward by offering exceptional customer service
- Some Property Management.
- Remain up to date with all business legislation.
- Deal with applicant inquiries via phone and online portals.
- Be the face of the branch, welcoming and helping customers.
Requirements for the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of the property industry.
- Ambitious and results-driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
- An exceptional level of customer service.
- A warm, friendly, and welcoming personality
- ARLA qualification would be desirable but not essential
