The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of the lettings department, with responsibilities including:
- Registering tenants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating successful lets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing tenancy progression from offer through to move-in
- Chasing rental arrears and resolving payment issues
- Carrying out rental valuations and market appraisals
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to their development
- Working closely with the Lettings Manager to drive performance
Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements
- Proven experience in lettings or estate agency (Senior Negotiator level preferred)
- Strong track record in negotiation and closing deals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Leadership qualities and the ability to support a growing team
