The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants
- Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure successful lets
- Manage the lettings process from offer agreed through to move-in
- Work closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities and occupancy levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
- Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to maximise referrals and results
Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months' experience within a Lettings Negotiator role
- Driven, proactive, and target-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Career-minded with a desire for long-term progression
- Positive attitude and strong team-working mentality
- Full UK driving licence
