Key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy terms and securing lets
- Managing the process from offer agreed through to move-in
- Working closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities
- Collaborating with the wider team to support business growth and referrals
Requirements for the Senior Lettings Negotiator position:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
- Driven, proactive, and target-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
- Career-minded with a long-term outlook
- Full UK driving licence
- A team player with a positive attitude
