My client a multidisciplinary firm delivering projects around the world is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.
They are offering the successful Senior Project Manager:

Senior Project Manager requirements:
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager (4-5 years of experience in UAE)
- Architectural or Civil design or Project Management degree
- PMP certification is a plus
- A successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills
- Good general knowledge of Structural and MEP systems
- Strong knowledge related to resources management and procurement strategies
- Experience with UAE authorities’ requirements and approvals procedures
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and address potential issues
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
