Working hours for the Senior Property Manager Position are:
- 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday
- No Weekends
Our client is offering the successful Senior Property Manager:
- Salary £35,000+

As a Senior Property Manager your role will involve:
- Facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
- Help guide and support junior members of the team.
- Handle complex tenancy issues, including disputes, escalations, and legal matters
- Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.
- Managing all compliance certification post move in.
- End of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.
- Ensure all properties meet legal compliance requirements (EPC, gas safety, EICR, smoke/CO alarms, etc.)
- Providing high levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.
To be considered for the Senior Property Manager role you must have:
- Previous Property Manager experience is essential
- A personable and enthusiastic attitude
- A high level of customer service is essential
- Strong knowledge of Property Management.
