This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least three years' experience in property management, along with a strong working knowledge of current residential lettings legislation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, maintaining compliance across a property portfolio, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

As Senior Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Managing a residential property portfolio and ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Overseeing maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor performance
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring timely follow-up on any actions required
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships, resolving escalated issues professionally
- Ensuring full compliance with current residential lettings legislation and health & safety regulations
- Monitoring rent arrears, tenancy renewals, and tenancy-related administration
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the property management team
- Reviewing processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Working closely with senior management to support business objectives and growth
Senior Property Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
- Previous experience managing a property portfolio
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant industry qualifications (ARLA, IRPM, or similar) desirable
