Our client is a successful independent estate agency is currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their well-established branch in Witham. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers career progression, 5 day working week plus many more perks!

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

  • Basic salary plus commission OTE £37,000 - £40,000 
  • Company car or generous car allowance

Working hours:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday-Friday, alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu,

For the role of Senior Sales Negotiator you must have the following:

  • Previous estate agency experience with a proven track record in winning instructions. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Target driven and dynamic
  • Full UK driving license

Key duties of a Senior Sales Negotiator will include:

  • Book and complete viewings
  • Sales progression
  • Negotiate offers
  • Value properties, canvass to generate new leads
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, or face to face.
