Working days:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

  • Competitive basic salary
  • OTE £60,000 - £75,000
  • Fantastic Commission Structure
  • Car allowance starting at £150 per month.
  • Possibility of a 3 month guarantee period.

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Sales negotiating experience of a minimum of 2 years.
  • Previous experience of listing is a bonus
  • A driven and ambitious attitude
  • Good knowledge of the local area and the market
  • Clean driving licence & own vehicle

Key duties of the Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings
  • Book valuations  
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
  • Register new customers and understand their individual needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate offers helping to reach the best possible outcome.
  • Proactively introduce and promote new listings.
  • Support junior members of the team
