Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Skilfully negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers
- Lead property viewings with professionalism, converting interest into successful sales through exceptional service
- Register and qualify prospective buyers, identifying their preferences to match them with suitable homes
- Proactively market new listings, ensuring maximum exposure across relevant channels
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of the local property market to guide clients confidently
- Deliver precise market valuations for sellers, backed by current data and comparable sales insights
What's on offer:
- Basic salary upto £27,000
- OTE £50,000 - £55,000 (realistic)

Requirements for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential
- Able to work full time.
- Clean drivers licence and own car (mileage will be covered)
- Previous experience doing valuations would be desired but not essential.
