We are working in partnership with a well-respected independent estate agency to find an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator for one of their expanding offices in North Essex.

Your duties as a Senior Sales Negotiator will be:

  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Conduct property viewings and manage offers to achieve successful outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to generate cross-sales
  • Work with lettings colleagues to maximise all business opportunities
  • Support the sales progression process to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in residential sales
  • Ideally, proven ability to carry out valuations and secure instructions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for success
  • A professional, approachable manner with high personal integrity
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Confident IT user who can pick up new systems quickly
  • Full UK driving licence required
