Your duties as a Senior Sales Negotiator will be:
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors and buyers
- Conduct property viewings and manage offers to achieve successful outcomes
- Collaborate closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to generate cross-sales
- Work with lettings colleagues to maximise all business opportunities
- Support the sales progression process to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in residential sales
- Ideally, proven ability to carry out valuations and secure instructions
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for success
- A professional, approachable manner with high personal integrity
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Confident IT user who can pick up new systems quickly
- Full UK driving licence required
