We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a forward-thinking and rapidly growing auction business operating across Oxfordshire. Working closely with partner Estate Agents, buyers, and sellers, you'll play a key role in driving property sales through the auction process while benefiting from a flexible working environment, extensive training, and genuine career development opportunities.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Manage property listings throughout the auction process, providing proactive communication and support to clients
- Liaise with partner Estate Agents to generate and manage new property instructions
- Provide regular vendor updates and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle offer negotiations on behalf of partner agents
- Assist buyers and sellers in achieving successful outcomes and favourable terms
- Review and qualify properties for online auctions, offering expert guidance and advice
- Build rapport and trust with clients through a professional and consultative approach
- Work closely with colleagues to maximise property sales and business growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience within property, sales, or a customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and establish trust with clients over the phone
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by success
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
What's on Offer?
- £25,000 - £27,000 basic salary
- £50,000 - £60,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
