Our client is a highly respected and successful independent estate agency with a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. They are now looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Competitive basic salary
- Up to £35,000 OTE with uncapped commission
- 6-month guaranteed earnings between £30,000 – £35,000

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Recent estate agency experience
- A motivated and hard-working attitude
- Knowledge of the Mansfield area
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ambition and a career-driven mindset
- The ability to work well within a team while bringing individual flair
- A full UK driving licence
Duties included in the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
- Matching buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings
- Proactively calling out new instructions
- Generating valuations and business opportunities
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
