We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Valuer to join our client and their award-winning team in Liverpool, Merseyside! With a company that thrives on excellent customer service and has hundreds and hundreds of properties on its books, this company is looking to expand their company further due to high demand!

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm working only 1 Saturday each month and a day in lieu during the week!

The successful Senior Sales Valuer will be offered:

  • Up to £30,000 Basic
  • Up to £45,000 OTE (uncapped)
  • Free parking

Senior Sales Valuer requirements:

  • A great knowledge of the current market in the area
  • Have a hunger for winning business
  • Great organisation
  • Experience within the role
  • A proven track record of success
  • To have a full UK driving licence
  • Own your own car

As a Senior Sales Valuer, your role will involve:

  • Valuing and marketing of properties
  • Keeping a good relationship with customers
  • Creating new business
  • Be able to keep up with a busy diary
  • Upselling products
  • Negotiation on fee’s
