- Carrying out accurate, confident valuations and converting them into instructions

- Managing your own diary and planning ahead like a pro
- Taking ownership of stock management, knowing every detail as if it were your own
- Ensuring every listing looks its best and meets all compliance standards
- Negotiating offers with skill, charm, and strong commercial awareness
- Proactively encouraging client reviews
To be considered for the Senior Sales Valuer role, you must have:
- At least 12 months of recent experience as a Valuer
- Proven track record of winning instructions
- Naturally driven with a sharp eye for detail
- Confident, charismatic and brilliant at reading a room
- Organised, proactive, and not afraid of a bit of hustle
