Responsibilities included in the role of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
- Matching ideal tenants to each property
- Conducting viewings
- Property Inspections
- Managing a busy diary
- Completing registration and reference paperwork
- Negotiating and completing lets
Requirements for the role of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
- Career-minded approach.
- Full UK Driver's License
- Access to own car
- Customer-focused
- Previous experience in an office or sales environment
Salary/Package:
- Basic £18,000-£22,000
- Career progression
- Will fund for your ARLA if not already obtained
- Yearly salary reviews
