The Role
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of the lettings department, with responsibilities including:
- Registering tenants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and supporting the negotiation of lets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing a busy diary and assisting with tenancy paperwork
- Supporting the wider lettings team with day-to-day activity
- Developing knowledge of the local rental market
Trainee Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
- A strong background in customer service or sales (no property experience required)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and career-focused attitude
- Strong team-working ability with a desire to learn and progress
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential)
- Ambition to build a long-term career in lettings and estate agency
