The successful Trainee Mortgage Adviser will be offered:

  • £25,000 - £28,000 Basic
  • OTE £40,000+  
  • Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)
  • Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services
  • Deliver the highest standard of customer advice and care
  • Convert booked appointments into successful business outcomes
  • Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
  • Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets

Trainee Mortgage Adviser requirements to be considered:

  • Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
  • Sales and/or customer services experience
  • A resilient, goal-oriented and outgoing personality
