Our client is a forward-thinking and proactive Design and Property Consultancy based in Ipswich. They are recruiting for a Trainee Office and Quality Assistant to join their lovely team.

As a Trainee Office and Quality Assistant your role will involve:

  • Assisting the office and quality Executive in facilities co-ordination and building management
  • Promote high standards and ensure the office runs smoothly
  • Ensure the all visitors are greeted in a professional manner and support all employees and visitors
  • Support all staff with general administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, filing, and typing when required
  • You will take regular meeting minutes in supporting the project teams
  • You will use Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint to create reports, spreadsheets and presentations to comply with our company brand guidelines
  • You will work closely with the Office and Quality Team to understand the standards of quality we promote with the organisation and build excellent relationships with all staff and clients
  • You will undertake internal audits in support of the annual internal audit programme
  • You will cover our reception desk often, which will give you experience in dealing with clients both face to face and on the telephone
  • You will update all logs, organise workspaces, and assist in ensuring the office is kept tidy

To be considered for the Trainee Office and Quality Assistant role you must have:

  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Telephone skills
  • IT skills: MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills across a range of contacts
  • Awareness of confidentiality and data protection requirements
  • Ability to multitask and organise self and others
  • Professional, friendly and honest – Builds good relationships with colleagues, understands the importance of confidentiality
  • Attention to detail – Able to deliver clear and accurate information

Working hours:

As a Trainee Office and Quality Assistant, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday to Friday. They are also offering flexible working hours.

Our client is offering the successful Trainee Office and Quality Assistant

  • £15,000 - £17,000 basic
