As a Trainee Property Consultant, your duties will be:
- Managing overflow inbound calls from branches to ensure no customer enquiry goes unanswered.
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and customers
- Generating leads by following up on web enquiries and other online interactions.
- Assisting branch staff with booking appointments and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- Providing support across all areas of the estate agency business, including Residential Sales, Lettings, Financial Services, and the Land & New Homes department.
To be considered for the Trainee Property Consultant role, you must be:
- Highly self-motivated and driven by targets, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Ideally, you will have sales experience from current or previous roles.
- Experience in the estate agency industry would be beneficial, though not essential.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Strong personal integrity with a professional, personable, and commercially minded approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and clear manner.
- Quick to learn new systems, with solid computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies.
