We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients who are currently looking for an individual to join their close-knit team as a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator. This role will be mainly focused on the Lettings side of the business however, you will be required to help out with Sales when needed.

The successful Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator will receive:

- £25,000 OTE first year (uncapped)

Working hours:
As a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis with a day off in lieu for every Saturday you work.
To be considered for the Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator role, you must have:

- Full UK Driver s License
- Customer focused
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
Key duties of the Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator will include:
- Matching ideal tenants to each property
- Conducting viewings
- Managing a busy diary
- Completing registration and reference paperwork
- Negotiating and completing lets
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
