Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agency is offering such an opportunity as they are currently looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team in the Bude area.

To be considered for the Trainee Sales Negotiator, you must be:

- Some sales background would be ideal
- Personable
- Motivated and driven
- Articulate and tech-savvy
- A full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Trainee Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- At all times to project a smart, friendly, polite and professional image providing the highest standard of customer care in order to secure recommendations and further business for the Company
- To attend training sessions and participate fully
- To accurately measure, write and produce sales particulars of properties
- To provide clients with a professional service and to achieve the best price for their property that market conditions permit
- To interview applicants in order to identify their requirements for a suitable property and to enquire if they have a property for sale, to achieve a market appraisal for the company
- To contact applicants in a pro-active manner introducing them to property matching their requirements swiftly and efficiently
Working hours:
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator you'll be required to work Tuesday to Saturday 8.45am – 5.30pm. Including 1 in 3 Sundays between the hours of 10am – 2pm.
