My client an independent agent in Sidcup, is looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for their busy office in Sidcup.
This role would suit a sales-focused individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in the property industry.
The successful Trainee Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic of up to £20,000
- Guarantee for the first 6 months
- Up to £40,000 OTE
- Car Allowance provided

Working Hours:
- As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be expected to work full-time
Requirements for a Trainee Sales Negotiator:
- Good knowledge of the Sidcup area
- Hard working and flexible attitude
- Able to work on own initiative
- Full driving license and own car
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Greeting buyers and vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements and arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
