The Role
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Support clients through the offer and negotiation process
- Assist with sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to office targets
Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong background in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
- Professional, personable, and commercially aware
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Genuine interest in building a career in estate agency
