Our clients, a well-respected independent estate agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Trainee/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Norwich team.
This role would suit a sales-focused individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in the property industry.
Responsibilities for the successful Trainee/Lettings Negotiator:
- Matching ideal tenants to each property
- Conducting viewings
- Managing a busy diary
- Completing registration and reference paperwork
- Negotiating and completing lets
- Dealing with any maintenance issues
- Canvass new business
To be considered for the Trainee/Lettings Negotiator:
- Ideally a minimum of 12 months of experience within the Lettings Industry
- Career minded approach
- A team player, but with individual flair
- Full UK Driver’s License
- Customer focused
- ARLA qualified preferred
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday 9.00 am-5:00 pm (depending on viewings)
- Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00 am-1.00 pm
Salary/Package:
- Up to £19,500 basic salary
- There will also be an element of commission to be made.
- Company car
