We are currently looking for a high-performing Valuer to join our client and their extremely successful team in Northwich, Cheshire.
Working hours:
As a Valuer you will be required to work full time
The successful Valuer will be offered:
- Up to £22,000 Basic
- £45,000 OTE (uncapped)
- A company car/allowance
- 5 months of supplementary payments to help you build your pipeline
- Uncapped commission
- Being enrolled onto a fully-funded training course that will let you gain the Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification
To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:
- Worked within the role previously.
- Basic IT skills
- Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
- Strong customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Ability to close business
- Personable
As a Valuer your role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Generating new business and repeat business
- Marketing properties to buyers using IT skills
- Closing business whilst on the valuation and over the phone
- Negotiation on fee’s
- Preparing brochures for properties
- Canvassing
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
