To be considered for the Administrator role you must have:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organisational and communication skills. As an Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Providing support to the Management Team, assisting the Executive Assistants and the Management Team with delegated tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal time management
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and physically
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Handle correspondence, telephone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Facilitate communication between departments
  • Contribute to team projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Provide varied secretarial and general administrative support
  • Ad-hoc duties
