We’re currently on the lookout for a dynamic, passionate and experienced individual with a property background and administration experience to join a well-respected independent firm in Central London.
Working hours:
- Officed Based
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
The successful Administrator will be offered:
- A basic salary between £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Administrator requirements:
- Property Background
- Minimum of 1 year General Admin experience or Personal Assistant experience
- Enthusiastic with a real passion and drive
- Customer focused
- Hard working with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- IT Proficiency
Key tasks for the Administrator role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Dealing with client queries
- General Admin Duties
- Building relationships with clients
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Management of AST
