We have an exciting opportunity for our clients to join their team as an Area Mortgage Manager in Leigh-on-Sea! They are looking for an experienced professional with a background in mortgages to lead their team of brokers. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience, be proactive and self-sufficient, and capable of driving the company's success. Responsibilities include coaching, supporting, training, and managing a team of Mortgage Advisors to achieve their KPIs. Additionally, the role involves recruiting new team members.
Salary/Package for this Area Mortgage Manager role:
- Basic salary of £40,000
- OTE of £50,000 - £70,000

Requirements of an Area Mortgage Manager:
- Extensive Mortgage Experience.
- Management experience within a mortgage environment
- Strong Track record of working in a targeted environment.
- Leadership and Management Experience.
- Background in Estate Agency preferred
