Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing independent estate agency, is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their high-performing team in Colchester. This role has come about due to expansion, and they’re specifically seeking someone with experience in the local market.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will receive:

  • Basic salary circa £28,000 (depending on experience)
  • On-target earnings of £55,000+
  • Five-day working week

Assistant Branch Manager requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager within estate agency
  • Must currently work in the Colchester market
  • Must have experience in residential property listing
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Passionate about property with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
  • A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication skills
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and lead by example
  • A full UK driving licence and access to own car

As an Assistant Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Successfully negotiate offers, ensuring the best outcome for clients
  • Attend valuations and win new instructions
  • Arrange and attend viewings, delivering a professional and informative experience
