Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency based in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their well-established and high-achieving team. Specialising in high-end residential properties, this agency offers an exceptional opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to work in one of London’s most desirable locations.
In addition to offering a competitive base salary, this role has fantastic earning potential working in a Prime central part of London with a highly reputable agent. It's also a rare Sales Negotiator role that does not require a driver's licence.
Working Hours: 
	- Monday to Friday
- One Saturday a month with either a day in lieu or extra pay.
Salary/Package for the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:
	- Basic salary between £26,000 - £32,500 DOE
- First year OTE of £60,000

Responsibilities for the role of the Senior Sales Negotiator:
	- Lead property viewings with prospective buyers, offering tailored advice and addressing all inquiries with confidence.
- Drive business growth through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and consistent follow up with potential clients.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure optimal outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and fostering repeat and referral business.
- Learn to conduct accurate property valuations, factoring in location, condition, and current market trends.
Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
	- 2 Years experience in a Sales Negotiator role.
- You must be confident, well-presented and articulate
- Ambitious with a genuine passion for the industry
- A proactive attitude with the drive to go above and beyond for clients
- Strong communication skills
