This is a fantastic step for a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready for promotion, or an existing Lettings Manager who isn’t currently being recognised, supported, or rewarded to their full potential. You’ll deputise for the Lettings Manager when needed and provide day-to-day leadership and support to the wider team.

To be considered for the Assistant Lettings Manager role, you must have:
- Minimum 3 years’ consistent experience in Residential Lettings
- Strong communication skills with a positive, professional approach
- Confident IT user (MS Office proficiency essential)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Natural ability to lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
