Our clients, an independent Estate Agency in Manchester, are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role involves working in a fast-paced office environment, liaising with tenants and landlords.
Working hours for the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm
- If a Saturday is worked , time off in lieu is provided.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Basic salary up to £25,000
- 10% commission
- OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Requirements for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Experience in Lettings is essential
- Highly organised and a positive work ethic
- A great attitude and ability to deliver a high quality of work
- Be able to work well as part of a team and individually
The responsibilities of the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Registering applicants
- Property Viewings
- Following up leads
- Dealing with offers and paperwork
