We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency branch in Birchington, leading a high-performing team and driving continued business growth.

The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate and manage the branch team, setting targets, monitoring performance and supporting development
- Drive new business by generating instructions, building client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the branch
- Oversee sales and lettings activity, including valuations, viewings, offers, negotiations and pipeline progression
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors and applicants
- Handle client queries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Manage the day-to-day running of the branch, including compliance, processes, marketing and reporting
- Create a positive, high-performing team culture and lead by example
Branch Manager requirements:
- Proven estate agency experience with a strong track record of converting valuations into sales
- Previous experience leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Driven, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping clients through their property journey
- Strong work ethic with a values-led approach centred around honesty, respect and trust
- Confident managing targets, performance and business development opportunities
