We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our clients, a well-respected independent estate agency in the Bury. St Edmunds area.
This will be an office-based position and the main objective for this role will be creating warm leads for both the Sales and their Lettings department.
The successful Business Development Executive will be offered:
- Up to £24,000 basic salary
- OTE between £30,000 - £35,000
- Ongoing training and support
- Career progression

As a Business Development Executive, your duties will be:
- Achievement of new business targets through the generation of leads to be passed to the Sales & Lettings team to convert to new clients across our range of services available.
- Promoting a wide range of services offered
- Creating and finding new leads and building relationships with both leads and colleagues.

- Experience of working in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Versatility to communicate effectively at all levels and across the company in order to maximise opportunities across all departments
- Highly organised, with good time management skills.
