As a Conveyancing Team Leader, you will be offered:
- Up to £45,000 basic salary (DOE)

Conveyancing Team Leader:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine people management, performance, and commercial insight:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the New Business team
- Driving performance through KPIs and service excellence
- Managing and improving enquiry-to-instruction conversion rates
- Overseeing all incoming conveyancing enquiries and quotations
- Ensuring a smooth, high-quality client journey from day one
- Handling escalations and supporting complex cases
- Overseeing onboarding, AML, and compliance processes
- Producing and presenting key performance data and insights
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
To be considered for the Conveyancing Team Leader role, you must have:
- Experience within residential conveyancing and/or estate agency
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of the property transaction lifecycle
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Confidence working with referral partners and introducers
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Passion for delivering excellent client service
