Conveyancing Team Leader - Central London

We’re partnering with a modern, ambitious independent law firm based in the heart of the City of London. They’re launching a brand-new department and are looking for a Conveyancing Team Leader to play a key role in shaping it from the ground up.

As a Conveyancing Team Leader, you will be offered:

  • Up to £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • Realistic OTE of £60,000–£70,000

Conveyancing Team Leader:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine people management, performance, and commercial insight:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the New Business team
  • Driving performance through KPIs and service excellence
  • Managing and improving enquiry-to-instruction conversion rates
  • Overseeing all incoming conveyancing enquiries and quotations
  • Ensuring a smooth, high-quality client journey from day one
  • Handling escalations and supporting complex cases
  • Overseeing onboarding, AML, and compliance processes
  • Producing and presenting key performance data and insights
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for growth

To be considered for the Conveyancing Team Leader role, you must have:

  • Experience within residential conveyancing and/or estate agency
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of the property transaction lifecycle
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
  • Confidence working with referral partners and introducers
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Passion for delivering excellent client service
