The Role
As a Junior Estate Agent, you will:
- Conduct property viewings and confidently present properties to prospective purchasers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Assist with negotiations and progress transactions through to completion
- Manage buyer enquiries and proactively follow up new opportunities
- Liaise with clients and provide regular, considered updates throughout the sales process
- Support the wider sales team and maintain consistently high standards of client service
- Develop a strong knowledge of the local property market and the portfolio represented by the business
Junior Estate Agent requirements:
- Polished, confident and personable manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach
- Genuine interest in property and commitment to exceptional client service
- Confidence when dealing with clients and prospective purchasers
- Ambition, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Ability to represent a prestigious brand with professionalism at all times
- Full UK driving licence
