We're excited to be working alongside an award-winning art consultancy firm that, due to growth and increased workload, is looking to expand its team with the addition of an Estimation & Procurement Coordinator.

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9.00am - 6.00pm
The successful Estimation & Procurement Coordinator will be offered:
- 7,000 AED per month

Estimation & Procurement Coordinator requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating, procurement, sales administration, or project coordination role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
As an Estimation & Procurement Coordinator, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Prepare cost estimates, comparison sheets, and commercial quotations.
- Support the Lead in preparing budgets at Art Strategy or concept stages.
- Highlight risks, cost deviations, or missing information promptly.
- Follow up with suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and lead times.
- Ensure RFQ documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Track PEP milestones, updating teams on progress and risks.
- Once PEP is approved, prepare POs in ERP system with accurate details and attachments.
- Coordinate supplier confirmations and track production status.
- Follow up on shipments, customs, and delivery arrangements
- Report damages, shortages, and non-compliances
