Financial Administrator - Hemel Hempstead

Our clients are seeking a Financial Administrator to join their growing team in Berkhamsted. They are looking for a highly organised individual with prior experience in an Independent Financial Practice. The ideal individual will be a great team player and will have the opportunity for hybrid working after the probation period.

Working Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hyrid working option

The successful Financial Administrator will be offered: 

  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000

Financial Administrator requirements:

  • Experience working within an IFA practice
  • Experience with or knowledge of financial procedures.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Well-organised.
  • Proficient in IT.

Key duties for the Financial Administrator will include but are not limited to:

  • Handling new business applications.
  • Aiding in the preparation of suitability reports.
  • Scheduling client reviews.
  • Providing support to Advisors.
  • Managing incoming calls and emails.
