We are currently looking for a Financial Administrator to join our clients, a highly successful Independent Financial Practice with a team of advisers who have a wealth of experience. This role requires an individual with a background working within a Financial Advisors and offers career growth, progression and a Hybrid working arrangement
Working hours:
- Full Time
- Hybrid-working basis (Monday to Thursday in the office & Friday WFH)
The successful Financial Administrator will be offered:
- Basic Salary up to £30,000

To be considered for the role of Financial Administrator, you must have
- Previous administrative experience working within a Financial Advisors, either within Financial Administrator or Paraplanner role.
- Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and be proactive.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Financial Administrator responsibilities:
- Client Support: Acting as a point of contact for clients, managing queries, and helping with onboarding.
- Documentation & Compliance: Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate client files, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
- Adviser Support: Assisting Financial Planners with meeting preparations, portfolio tracking, and, in some cases, processing new business applications.
