Our clients are seeking a candidate on the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway with at least one year of post-degree experience as a building surveyor in an assistant capacity, preferably with experience in the commercial sector.

Our client is offering the successful Graduate Building Surveyor:
- Upto £33,000 Basic
- Hybrid working
- Discretionary bonus
Graduate Building Surveyor requirements:
- RICS qualified

- Ability to develop and learn on a range of Property Surveys including Commercial, Residential and Industrial Projects
