As a Head of Residential Sales, your duties will be:
- Lead and shape the direction of the Residential Sales department
- Create and deliver a clear growth and performance strategy
- Drive turnover, fees, and profitability
- Champion business development and generate new opportunities
- Oversee marketing to enhance brand visibility and instructions
- Win market share through strong listings and improved conversions
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Build a positive, motivated culture across the department
- Manage branch performance, 1–1s, reviews, and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with all industry legislation and regulations
- Deliver high-quality communication across all areas
- Carry out market appraisals and support sales negotiations
- Conduct morning meetings, monthly one-to-ones, and influence recruitment decisions
To be considered for the Head of Residential Sales role, you must have:
