As a Head of Residential Sales, your duties will be:

  • Lead and shape the direction of the Residential Sales department
  • Create and deliver a clear growth and performance strategy
  • Drive turnover, fees, and profitability
  • Champion business development and generate new opportunities
  • Oversee marketing to enhance brand visibility and instructions
  • Win market share through strong listings and improved conversions
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Build a positive, motivated culture across the department
  • Manage branch performance, 1–1s, reviews, and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with all industry legislation and regulations
  • Deliver high-quality communication across all areas
  • Carry out market appraisals and support sales negotiations
