Are you an experienced property professional ready to run your own show and make a name for yourself in the premium end of the Norwich market?
This is not your average Head of Sales role. If you're commercially minded, well-connected, and ready to run your own department of a sales operation as if it were your own business, this is the kind of opportunity that doesn’t come around often.
Our client in Norwich is seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to lead and grow their residential sales division. With full backing from the Director, you’ll be given the autonomy, trust, and support to shape the strategy, drive performance, and build a best-in-class operation.
This role is ideally suited to someone currently operating in the mid to upper end of the market who is now looking for a platform to lead, innovate, and create a legacy.
Head of Residential Sales duties will include:
- Full ownership of the sales department; from instruction through to completion
- Driving growth through strategic business planning and market expansion
- Building and nurturing relationships with high-value clients
- Leading from the front in valuations, negotiations, and securing business
- Working hand-in-hand with the Director to align on business goals and strategy
As a Head of Residential Sales, your requirements will be:
- A proven track record in residential sales, ideally in the mid to high-end Norwich market
- Experience leading or significantly shaping a sales team or department
- Confidence and gravitas when dealing with discerning clients
- A strong background in valuations, instructions, and closing
- An entrepreneurial spirit, someone who treats this role as if it were their own company
- Passion for property, people, and delivering a standout customer experience
The successful Head of Residential Sales will be offered:
- £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary
- Up to £50,000 first year OTE
- Mentorship from a highly experienced Director
- Clear progression route toward a Directorship
- Freedom to shape the department and lead as a true business partner
