We are currently partnering with a market‑leading property company seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven New Homes Account Manager to support their continued growth. This field‑based role covers Kent and Surrey and offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to build long‑term relationships with clients.

If you are driven, professional, with a genuine passion for the property industry and have some sales experience, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a role where you will make a real impact. This role is also ideal for someone currently working in New Homes who is looking to step away from regular weekend work while still staying closely connected to the industry.

Both full‑time and part‑time applications are welcomed.

Working hours for the New Homes Account Manager:

  • 9.00 am – 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • One day a week, working from home.
  • Very occasional weekends  
  • As a field-based role, you will be provided with a level of flexibility.

The successful New Homes Account Manager will be offered:

  • A strong basic up to £30,000
  • Car allowance
  • Incentives and bonus structure to earn up to £5,000 bringing the OTE to £35,000
  • Company events and socials.

Main Duties of the New Homes Account Manager:

  • Develop and nurture strong, long term relationships built on trust, communication, and performance.
  • Gain a clear understanding of each client’s objectives, priorities, and expectations.
  • Maintain consistent communication through site visits, meetings, calls, and emails, both in person and remotely
  • Act as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential housebuilder partners.
  • Recognise client training needs and deliver appropriate training sessions when required.
  • Keep CRM systems and documentation accurate and up to date to support operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your allocated housebuilder clients.

Desired Qualities for the New Homes Account Manager:

  • Experience within New Homes Sales is beneficial, though not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is required for this field‑based role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships are key.
  • Highly self‑motivated and well‑organised, with confidence managing your own schedule.
  • Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Ideally, you’ll bring at least one year of sales experience.
