An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our clients as the new Head of Sales! 

This position will see the successful individual join our clients, a highly successful property company, and work within the established sales department and alongside other departments in ensuring all fee-earning opportunities are optimised. 

Our clients are ideally looking for someone with a strong Estate Agency sales background who fully understands the sales progress from start to finish. In addition, to having a proven track record of managing a team. 

Working Days:

As a Head of Sales, you will be required to work Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

Head of Sales requirements:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience 
  • Proven track record of managing a team 
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from start to finish
  • Great communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Full UK driver’s license
  • Experience dealing with third-party suppliers such as; conveyancers, surveyors, removals, refurbishment/maintenance, auctions, financial services 
  • NO specific industry qualifications are required for this position 

Key tasks of the Head of Sales role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Increase and optimise the company revenue from third party opportunities across the sales division
  • Responsible for providing analysis and tracking of all opportunities, income and performance against sales and instructions reporting to the Regional Directors
  • Promoting third party opportunities and results to the Branch and Central Teams to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Attend branches to provide support in order to ensure minimum standards are being met
  • Highlight areas of improvement required per branch and area
  • Ensure all business opportunities are optimised for third party across Sales, New Homes & Commercial
  • Ensure new starters are promptly informed of the opportunity available from third parties and how to achieve success.
  • Deliver training support to all new employees across the business
