Lettings Administrator - Central London

Our clients, a well-established Independent Estate Agency are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their Tower Bridge office.

Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:

  • Hardworking and driven
  • Previous administration experience
  • Organised and able to manage workload
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Key tasks of a Lettings Administrator will include, but will not be limited to:

  • closing files
  • protecting deposits
  • organising gas and electrical safeties
  • generating contracts and renewal contracts and getting them signed
  • key management

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Administrator:

  • £20,000 - £25,000 basic DOE

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6pm
