Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join their team in Coventry.

Ideally, our clients are looking for a Lettings Branch Manager who has the following attributes:
- Highly experienced in Lettings
- Able to motivate a team
- Highly organized and able to manage workload
- Driven and hungry for success
- Full UK driver’s license
- Great knowledge of Coventry and the surrounding areas
Key tasks of a Lettings Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing the Lettings Team
- Setting KPI’s for the team
- Undertaking team meetings
- Help grow the business
- Liaising between Landlords and buyers
In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Branch Manager:
- £20,000 – £26,000 basic
- £45,000 - £60,000 OTE
- Company car
Working hours for a Lettings Branch Manager:
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
