Lettings Coordinator - Chelmsford

As a Lettings Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting their Inspection Consultants and ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and landlords. This is a varied, fast-paced position where strong communication and confident negotiation skills are essential.

As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be offered:

As a Lettings Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Booking appointments for Inspection Consultants
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords via phone and email
  • Negotiating deposit returns and resolving any disputes
  • Handling incoming enquiries and providing updates or solutions
  • Signposting queries to the appropriate team when required
  • Ensuring all work is carried out professionally and efficiently

To be considered for the Lettings Coordinator role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in Lettings, Tenancy Renewals, or Property Management (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, confident, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A professional, customer-focused approach
