As a Lettings Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be:
- Booking appointments for Inspection Consultants
- Liaising with tenants and landlords via phone and email
- Negotiating deposit returns and resolving any disputes
- Handling incoming enquiries and providing updates or solutions
- Signposting queries to the appropriate team when required
- Ensuring all work is carried out professionally and efficiently
To be considered for the Lettings Coordinator role, you must have:
- Previous experience in Lettings, Tenancy Renewals, or Property Management (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, confident, and able to prioritise effectively
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
