We're excited to be partnering with a reputable property company situated in North West London in their search for a dedicated Lettings Director. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to contribute significantly to a thriving business and lead a dynamic team towards achieving outstanding customer service and business objectives.

This position will be based in their St Johns Wood branch.

Lettings Director Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management-level position within Lettings 
  • Target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Proven track record of leadership and mentoring a team 
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service 
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Full UK driver's license and access to own car
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of lettings and market insights

Duties of the Lettings Director include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Lead and develop the lettings department, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve set targets.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability with the aim to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  • Oversee the lettings process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and meetings. Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
